Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Orders will not begin production until full payment has been received. Haus of Lycan accepts payments through approved payment methods listed at checkout.
Order Processing and Production Time
Many items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on workload, material availability, and the complexity of the design. Estimated production times are listed on product pages but are not guaranteed.
Haus of Lycan cannot be held liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Haus of Lycan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any issues with transit must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
International customers are responsible for all import fees, customs duties, taxes, or charges imposed by their country.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the intimate, handmade, and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a product arrives with a verified defect in craftsmanship. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, materials may already be in use and the order cannot be canceled.
