Thank you for shopping with Haus of Lycan. Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, please review the following policies regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Production Time

Many Haus of Lycan items are custom made. Production times vary based on materials, workload, and item complexity. Estimated production windows are listed on product pages but may shift during peak seasons or due to supply delays.
Production begins once payment is received in full.

Shipping Information

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using the carrier selected at checkout. Available options may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are handled by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues

Haus of Lycan is not responsible for:
• carrier delays
• lost, damaged, or stolen packages
• incorrect addresses provided by the customer

For missing or delayed packages, please contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is submitted, Haus of Lycan is not liable for lost packages or additional shipping costs. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address before the order ships.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate, custom, and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• size issues caused by incorrect measurements
• wear and tear
• buyer’s remorse
• custom items or made to order pieces
• hygienic reasons related to intimate or body contact items

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a verified defect in craftsmanship or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may already be underway and cancellation is no longer possible.

Repairs

Haus of Lycan offers repair services for normal wear and accidental damage on a case by case basis. Fees may apply depending on the repair needed and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For repair inquiries, contact us directly.

Returned or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:
• refusal by the recipient
• failure to pick up from the carrier
• an incorrect or incomplete address

Additional shipping fees will be required to resend the package. No refunds will be issued for returned or abandoned orders.
